Raise a glass to Francis Albert!  The laughs -- and the drinks! -- are on him.   If you could use some exotic booze, there's a bar in far Bombay... but that's another song. And this bar's a lot closer. We may not be in Vegas, but this is a class joint, all the way. So, what's it gonna be to wet your bird this evening? Time to order a libation, sit back, let the clock (and the room) spin, and soak up the spectacular view.  (Don't worry: It's a revolving lounge, so you're supposed to feel like that.) All your cares are far below.  Up here, you're on top of the world...   So, har-har-har, who's got the last laugh now?
